Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items you want to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click on “confirm” if the selection is correct, you can select other items to add your cart, or select “checkout now” if you have finished. You will then be asked for your personal details.

We accept credit or debit card payment. Or you can send a cheque. However goods will not be sent until payment is received. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

This site is for UK customers only; we regret we are unable to export at this time.

Shipping and Handling Orders

Over £100 are shipped free of charge. Orders £99.99 and below we will charge £5.00 post and packing.

Prices quoted are for Royal Mail first class delivery or Parcel delivery if the parcel is too heavy for first class delivery.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders the same day if received by 2pm Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received Friday pm, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Bank holidays excepted.

This is subject to payment having been received by credit or debit card and stock being available.

Back Orders

If the item you require is not in stock we will back order for you. We will e-mail with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

17.5% Vat has been added to all retail prices on this web catalogue.

Credit Card Security

All information regarding your credit card payment is encrypted and sent securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layers). When entering your credit card details you will see the golden padlock at the bottom right of your screen. This indicates that your order details are being entered on a secure server.

We do not keep credit card details on file or computer; paper records are always destroyed once the transaction is complete.

Guarantee

We will accept back any unopened product within 7 days for full credit the return postage costs must, however, be met by the customer.

All items on this web site are guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship or materials, with the exception of sunbed tubes and starters, which are guaranteed for one month.
Sunbed lotions and Slimming products are guaranteed against defects in manufacture. We cannot guarantee the performance of any lotion or slimming product as while they achieve the desired results in the vast majority of cases they will not work in all cases with the infinite combinations of preparations, sunbeds and lifestyles for all skin types.

Returns

If any item is defective within the guarantee period please get in touch with us by phone or you can send an e-mail to returns@hiteksunbeds.co.uk. We will replace any faulty item within 7-14 days after we receive the defective unit. Please note that we will replace your item with the same product or to the same value as the one you originally purchased. We are unable to offer refunds on products over 14 days old from date of purchase. If the items when tested are found to be faulty they will either be replaced or repaired.

Original packaging and contents and receipt must accompany all returns. Please do not send back items without first contacting our returns dept so we can issue you with a returns number.

Returning an item

Pack your item securely making sure you include your returns number, name and address and original receipt. Take the parcel to the post office, we advise that you use “compensation fee Parcels” service for parcels valued over £20.00, or obtain a “Proof of Posting certificate” for parcels under £20.00. Hi Tek Sunbeds will not be held liable for any items returned by a customer and not received at our office. For any refund processed a confirmation will be sent to you by E-mail.
For any replacement we will process your request within 24 hours, however please allow around 14 days turnaround from the time you send your item back to us to redelivery. Please note that any warranty offered does not cover any carriage charges incurred.
